Hi, my name's Jeremy with High Tek USA. You're here at Pack Expo International in Chicago. Something we brought with us this time is our auger machine specifically designed for raw meats. Little bit different. Raw meat on a multi-head weigher tends to be pretty difficult to run. This machine's a little special.
Instead of relying on vibration, we're gonna rely on a spinning auger to move that product down into our buckets. Additionally, our buckets have a slightly different design with a scraper for that raw product, so that way we get it all out of the bucket and into the customer's package.
This machine here, it's good for about 45 to 60 packages a minute, depending on the target weight. Could do chicken, beef, anything raw. It'll do cubed meat, sliced meat. Little bit different than the, the snack foods that you usually package on one of these machines, so that's what makes it special.
